Very famous comedy movie ‘Golmaal‘ was directed by a famous bollywood film director named Rohit Shetty. The movie was released under the banner of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision on July 14th, 2006. The movie is full of comedy, romantic rivalry whereas the lead roles in the movie were played by Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Rimi Sen and the supporting starcast included Farid Amiri, Vrajesh Hirjee, Manoj Joshi, Sanjay Mishra, Ashish R. Mohan, Sushmita Mukherjee, Anupam Shayam, Raminder Singh Suri, Mukesh Tiwari, Rajiv Varma etc. The movie was produced by Hiren Gandhi, Dhaval Jatania, Dhilin Mehta and Vikrant Sharma whereas the songs of the movie were rendered by Javed Ali, Sunidhi Chauhan, Vishal Dadlani, Kunal Ganjawala, Kay Kay, Anushka Manchandani, Shantanu Mukherjee, Sneha Pant and Shekhar Ravjiani. The music was given by famous duo Vishal-Shekhar and the story of the movie was written by Neeraj Vora.

The story of the movie is based on four friends who cheat people for money and fun. Gopal (Ajay Devgan), Madhav Singh Ghai (Arshad Warsi) and Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor) passed out students from the college. They are still in touch of college through Laxman Prasad Sharma (Sharman Joshi) and sell question paper of the exams for the money in the college. The principle of the college thrown him out with their bag and baggage. They also ran away from a garage owner because they cheat him as well. While running away, they enter in a bungalow in which a blind couple lives with their good as well as bad memories, named Somnath (Paresh Rawal) and Mangala (Sushmita Mukherjee). They thought of Sameer their grandson from US came back to home and the four conmen started to live with them as a Sameer with the body of Laxman and the voice of gopal. They lived happily with them then suddenly a girl came into his life named Nirali (Rimi Sen).

Later, in the movie they fall in love with Nirali (Rimi Sen) and tried to propose her with the different-different ways and techniques but suddenly everything has changed in their life when a person comes into their life and claiming himself as Sameer. But one day they know everything about him and tried to knock out him from their life. In this process they come to know one more thing that Somnath (Paresh Rawal) who knows everything about them from the starting because his grandson and his family died in an car accident in US and he don’t want to tell anything about the accident to his wife. They feel guilty after listening the history of the blind couple and decided to save them from that fraud person who claiming himself as Sameer. Now, they start to play lots of contrick with that person and at last they manage to save that blind couple and at the end of the movie Nirali choose Lucky as her husband.
