Beautiful actress, Asin, was born in Kochi, Kerala into a Roman Catholic, Syrian Christian family on 26th October 1985. The meaning of her name is “pure”. A in her name is from sanskrit and Sin is an English word. She started her career in Telgu film industry. She did her first movie as a supporting actress at the age of 15. The movie was titled Narendra Makan Jayathyan Vaka and was directed by Sathyan Anthikkad. It was released in the year 2001. She made her debut as the leading actress in the year 2003 with the movie named Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi. She won the best actress filmfare award for her performance in the movie. The movie stars Kamal Hassan and Tadanobu Asano. The movie is being directed by Bharat Bala. She is playing the role of an Indian Princess in the movie who falls in love with a Warrior.
