Songs of Lal Baadshah
K.C Bokadia directed film ‘Lal Baadshah‘ was released under the banner of B.M.B Pictures on March 5th, 1999. The movie is full of action, crime, drama and the lead roles in the movie were played by Amitabh Bachchan, Manisha Koirala, Shilpa Shetty, Shakti Kapoor, Raghuvaran, Mukesh Rishi, Nirupa Roy whereas the supporting starcasts included Amrish Puri, Prem Chopra, Mohan Joshi, Raadhika, Pramod Muthu, Jack Gaud, Nagma, Shama Deshpande etc. The movie was produced by K.C Bokadia and Mahavir Bokadia whereas the songs of the movie were rendered by Abhijeet, Sapna Awasthi, Amitabh Bachchan, Sudesh Bhosle, Asha Bhosle, Udit Narayan, Anuradha Paudwal, Chitresh Shrivastava, Alka Yagnik. The music of the movie was given by Adesh Shrivastava. The story of the movie was written by K.C Bokadia and the dialogues of the movie was given by Anwar Khan. The movie had did fantastic work on the big screen mainly because of Amitabh Bachchan.
The movie of the story was based on a man who helped others named, Lal Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) who lives with his mother (Nirupa Roy) in a small basti Of Mumbai. He always helped poor and needy person because he also has grown up in the poor environment and he called Lal Baadshah by the people he lives among. A bad person lived in that city and called himself bad baadshah named, Vicky Baadshah (Raghuvaran), son of Dayal Singh (Amrish Puri) and always fighting with Lal Baadshah unnecessarily. Vicky Baadshah had an brother named Ajit Singh (Mukesh Rishi) who is a corrupt Police Officer and wanted to rule all over the city. Lal Baadshah Always oppose them and in the mean time he meets with an beautiful lady named, Kiran (Manisha Koirala), an L.I.C agent and falls in love with her. On the other hand Dayal Singh and his brother Sultan Singh (Prem Chopra) still in search of treasures of the Maharaja whom they murdered years ago.
Later, in the movie Vicky tried to kill Lal Baadshah and in this process he hit his mother. Now his foster mother (Nirupa Roy) tells everything to Lal Baadshah that she is not his mother even then Lal Baadshah decided to kill Vicky Baadshah and killed him. When he killed Vicky Baadshah, Dayal Singh and his brother Ajit Singh decided to kill him in a planned way. Through all these activities he meets with Devan Singh (also Amitabh Bachchan) who hides the treasures after the death of Maharaj and ran away. Now Dayal Singh asking for the treasures from Devan Singh but he does not tell anything to him about the treasures then he kidnaped Lal Baadshah and his foster mother (Nirupa Roy) with the purpose to kill them as a revenge of his son life and to ask everything from Devan Singh at the place of leaving his son life but they got failed in their plan and harm hiself by giving their life. The movie ends happily.
