Ken Ghosh directed movie ‘Fida‘ was released under the banner of Tips Films Pvt.Ltd on August 20th, 2004. The movie is full of adventure, romance, thriller and love and the lead roles in the movie were played by Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Fardeen Khan and Kim Sharma whereas the supporting starcasts included Dinesh Hingoo, Viju Khote, Akhilendra Mishra, Naresh Suri and Vivek Vasvani. The movie was produced by Kumar S. Taurani and Ramesh Sadhuram Taurani whereas the songs of the movie were rendered by Alisha Chinoi, Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Sapna Mukherjee, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik. The superhit music of the movie were given by famous Anu Malik and Raju Singh. The story and the screenplay of the movie was given by Lalit Mahajan and Sunny Mahajan and the dialogues of the movie were given by Kiran Kotrial. The movie was a flop at the box office.

The story of the movie is based on love and betrayal. Movie begins with a simple man named Jai (Shahid Kapoor) who is always has a vision of a beautiful girl he is going to fall in love with. One day he meets with a sexy girl named Neha (Kareena Kapoor) and falls in love with her at first sight. However, she does not like him and refused him all the time. Days passes and Jai is ready to do anything for Neha. When he becomes unsuccessful to find Neha’s love he attempt suicide with the thoughts of this is the only way by which he is able to forget Neha. But, his suicide attempt is unsuccessful as his life is saved by his best friend Neha. And finally she also falls in love with him. Neha tells him that he need over sixty million rupees to pay her debt. Jai decided to help her by triying to rob an internet hacker named Vikram Singh (Fardeen Khan) but caught.

Later, in the movie Vikram agrees to help Jai on the condition that he takes the blame of internet thefts till happens. Jai agrees with his condition and take sixty million rupees from Vikram and give it to Neha. Days passes and Jai comes to know that the accounts that were hacked by Vikram through internet belongs to an underworld don named Babu Anna (Akhilendra Mishra). And he wants to take revenge from the hacker by destroying him completely. Jai escapes from the underworld don Babu Anna as well as from the Police. While escaping he goes to the Neha’s apartment and finds Vikram over there with Neha. Then, he realises that they used him and he has become fall guy for them. He escapes from there and decided to not come into the hand of Police as well as Babu Anna until and unless he take revenge against Neha and Vikram. Later her kills Neha and also himself. Now Vikram gets alone and decides to donate all the money to a charity without disclosing his name.
